VULKAN collects unfinished signals, moving images, voices, scripts, loops, textures, and scenes. It turns them into films, podcasts, interfaces, experiments, and sometimes useful tools.
The work is allowed to be rough while it is alive.
The public version should still be precise. VULKAN can stay strange without becoming accidental. The rebuild keeps the eruption, but gives it structure.
